Herrera, Ramirez & Associates Law Firm was founded in 2009.

Comprised of partners from various renowned law firms in the entity, seeking to define its own client-focused style, continuously preparing to provide the most suitable legal advice to clients and implementing the best possible strategy for each particular case.

In 2023, the Law Firm benefited and grew with the arrival and incorporation of a third partner, giving birth to Herrera, Moreno, Ramirez Law Firm.

Nearshoring

We have correspondents in various parts of the Mexican Republic and abroad. The current conditions of international markets have allowed some of our clients to do business abroad or for foreign companies to come to Mexico as a result of Nearshoring, allowing us to collaborate in foreign investment processes, regulatory compliance, and government procedures.
